WNAM MONITORING: Turkmenistan and Saudi Arabia signed bilateral documents to develop their partnership during the visit of a delegation from the Saudi Development Fund, led by General Executive Director Sultan Abdulrahman Al-Marshad.
The officials signed the documents during a meeting with the leadership of the State Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of Turkmenistan, which included representatives from both sides, including the bank’s deputy chairman.
Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov met with members of the delegation, headed by the General Executive Director of the Saudi Development Fund, Sultan Al-Marshad, on the same day.
During the meeting, they discussed prospective projects involving Saudi capital in sectors such as renewable energy, water management, agriculture, and healthcare.
Both sides confirmed the significant potential for further expanding cooperation and expressed confidence in the successful implementation of joint initiatives.
