Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan remain committed to dynamic development of cooperation

WNAM REPORT: On August 5, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov in the Avaza National Tourist Zone, who arrived in the country to participate in the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries.

During the discussion of issues of multifaceted Turkmen-Azerbaijani cooperation, it was emphasized that both countries are committed to the further dynamic development of interstate dialogue based on centuries-old principles of good neighborliness and mutually beneficial partnership.

As noted, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan are currently actively developing relations not only on a bilateral but also on a multilateral basis, effectively interacting within the framework of major international organizations and regional structures.

At the end of the meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov exchanged good wishes, expressing firm confidence in the successful continuation of fruitful cooperation that fully meets the national interests and priorities of the socio-economic development of the two friendly countries.
