WNAM Monitoring: A new milestone in the development of Turkmen-Japanese relations was the publication of the literary and philosophical work of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Ömrümiň manysynyň dowamaty, in Japanese. This publication symbolizes a fruitful interstate dialogue based on mutual respect and trust, writes TDH.
In the modern era, Turkmen-Japanese cooperation has been enriched with new content. An important component of the partnership is interaction in the humanitarian and educational sphere, which helps strengthen friendly ties and mutual understanding between peoples.
The book was translated into Japanese through the efforts of the University of Tsukuba. In 2015, for his contribution to international educational cooperation, the National Leader of the Turkmen people was awarded the academic title “Honorary Doctor” of this university.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov’s work Ömrümiň manysynyň dowamaty allows readers to become more deeply acquainted with the history and culture of the Turkmen people, their philosophy and wise moral values. Translating the book into Japanese will further strengthen friendly ties between Turkmenistan and Japan.
