There are issues galore on the planet earth which can touch off the third world war in a trice. But for a very cool headed political leadership in Beijing whose hallmarks are political acumen , tolerance and farsightedness the world would have plunged into an atomic warfare long ago. Trump is a highly unreliable whimsical leader who has failed to apprehend the consequences of his blind support to Netanyahu of whatever he does Russian President Putin too leaves much to be desired in, so far statesmanship is concerned his handling of Ukraine war has exposed his poor sense of proportion. It goes to the credit of Chinese leadership that it has stood the test of time. Despite Washington’s desperate attempt to provoke it by inciting Taiwan against it. Beijing has looked the other way and refused to be provoked. Immediate future belongs to China and it will call the shots in international affairs before long.
