At long last a wrong has been righted. The Apex court of the country has given a clean bill of health to Anwar Saifullah Khan in a bogus case registered against him in the past.

Those who know him inside out understand that Anwar Saifullah Khan has all the good qualities of head and heart. Not only had he an unblemished record of service when he served in various responsible positions as a civil servant, as a minister and parliamentarian too he proved himself a person of impeccable financial integrity.
Once he was tipped as a foreign minister by Benazir Bhutto which he declined to accept as he wanted to remain near and in touch with the people of his political constituency for serving them. He became very close to becoming governor of KPK once but due to political expediency of a political party he couldn’t get gubernatorial office of KPK which he richly deserved.
Those who know him and deeply understand the politics of KPK believe that had he been made governor of KPK instead the present incumbent of that office the province would have been spared of its many present political and administrative problems.
