WNAM REPORT: Patron-in-Chief and Chairman of the National Peace Force Committee for Interfaith Harmony, Chaudhry Iftikhar Barsha, while praising the peace talks in Islamabad, stated that the tireless and sincere efforts of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir for peace are widely appreciated by the entire nation.
He said that Pakistan’s practical steps toward ensuring peace in the region, and the global recognition of these efforts except by a few disruptive countries demonstrate that the international community desires peace.
He further added that war has never been a permanent solution to any problem anywhere in the world rather, even the most complex issues have been resolved through peace and dialogue. Pakistan has played a strong and constructive role in promoting peace in the region.
He concluded by affirming that the nation stands firmly with the peaceful vision of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir.
