RIYADH ( WNAM MONITORING): Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan held a telephone call on Sunday with Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
During his call with Araghchi, the two sides discussed regional developments and efforts to de-escalate tensions.
Also on Sunday, Prince Faisal spoke to Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan as well as Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, the foreign minister of Bahrain.
In his conversation with Muttaqi, Prince Faisal reviewed the latest developments in the region and issues of common interest.
During his call with Al-Zayani, the ministers discussed the current regional situation and the continuation of coordination in this regard.
