President of Turkmenistan Announces New Appointments

WNAM MONITORING: At an extended Cabinet of Ministers meeting , President Serdar Berdimuhamedov issued several decrees, affecting the release and appointment of various leaders.

Abdulla Muhammetgeldiyevich Geldiev is appointed as the Minister of Construction and Architecture, while Bayramgul Motyyevna Orazdurdyyeva is appointed as the Minister of Education. Myrat Akmyradovich Mammedov will serve as the Minister of Health and Medical Industry, and Charyyar Puriyevich Chetiyev is appointed as the Minister of Agriculture. Rovshen Orazmyradovich Ishanov assumes the role of the head of Berkararlyk district administration of the city of Ashgabat.

Charyyev Makhmut Orazgeldiyevich, former deputy chairman of the Turkmen State Publishing Service, is appointed as the chairman of the service.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed decrees appointing individuals to lead various regions: Chopanov Serdar Begenchmuhamedovich – head of the Baherden district of the Ahal province; Ovezov Ashyrmyrat Musakovich – head of the Bereket district of the Balkan province; Mergenov Meylis Mergenovich – head of the Turkmenbashi district of the Balkan province; Saparmyradov Velmyrat Yagshymyradovich – head of the Boldumsaz district of Dashoguz province; Govshudov Yagshygeldi Esenovich – head of the Akdepinsky district of Dashoguz province; Achylov Erkin Yangybaevich – Head of the Hojambaz district of Lebap province; Seyidov Astanogly Kullyyevich – Head of the Chardzhev district of Lebap province.

Leadership appointments also extend to state associations and concerns: Atayev Begmyrat Gurbangeldiyevich – Chairman of the State Association of Food Industry; Atayev Gochmyrat Bayramgeldiyevich – Chairman of the State Association of Livestock and Poultry Industry; Suleymanov Dortguly Gurbangulyyevich – Chairman of the Türkmenpagta State Concern; Berdiniyazov Nurmuhammet Arslanovich – Chairman of the Türkmenobahyzmat State Association.

Additionally, a new deputy chairman of the Türkmenhimiýa State Concern and new leaders of provinces and districts were appointed by the President.
