RIYADH ( WNAM MONITORING): The Unified Security Operations Center in Makkah and Madinah has enhanced its services for pilgrims during this year’s Hajj.
The center, which can be reached by calling 911, receives emergency security and humanitarian calls, deploys the latest technologies, and responds to calls in less than two seconds.
Qualified and trained personnel who speak multiple languages operate the service.
All calls and reports are handled confidentially, the center said, and reports are referred to the relevant authorities with complete confidentiality and without any liability for the caller.
