It is in the evidence that minions of law and order in this country look the other way when any person belonging to the elite class break any law right under their nose. Not so in England. The other day former wife of PTI chief, Jamaima was fined 1000 British pounds which come to over 3 lakh Pakistani rupees for violating traffic law. Needless to say she is daughter of a billionaire and her family has close links also with those who move in the corridors of power in London .
In this country, however, there are different sets of law for the haves and have nots .
David Cameron was England’s prime minister. One day he asked the police chief of London that he is always late daily by ten minutes while moving to the House of Commons from his residence due to traffic rush on the road he is driven on so it would be better if the public transport was not allowed to play on that road when he was on his way to parliament. To which the police chief said nothing doing as that will put to inconvenience thousand of commuters so the PM had better leave his house ten minutes early to avoid that rush.
Now come to think of it, has any police head in this country the gall to give such a reply to the PM. In the same manner can any head of state put up with a civil servant who has the courage to call a spade a spade and refuse to implement any order of his high ups if it in his wisdom amounted to putting general public to inconvenience?

As many as 19 brands of mineral water being sold in this country are sub standard which puts a big question mark as to what is the Authority doing whose job it is to ensure that the quality of mineral water is of required hygienic standard. Time was when local government institutions like municipal committees and Corporation used to supply hygienic drinking water to their consumers. When it started getting polluted with sewerage water owing to negligence in laying of sewerage water pipe lines under ground the people started using mineral water in the hope that it was hygienic but now when 19 such brands of mineral water stand declared as substandard from where would they get pure water?
