In 24 countries of the world their elite comprising billionaires have recently asked their respective governments to impose a super wealth tax on them and the money so collected be spent on the amelioration of the lot of the poor and down trodden people of their countries who don’t know where their next meal would come from and who are living below the poverty line. This is a belated realization by them about the vast gap between the haves and have nots in so far as their financial condition is concerned. They might have gone through the reports of the massacre of the filthy rich of France at the hands of the poor in the French Revolution and it must have dawned on them that in case the economic conditions of the poor of their countries wasn’t improved their fate might not be much different from that of the elite of France at the hands of revolutionaries. The rulers of Scandinavian countries and Canada too have saved their countries from becoming communist countries by enforcing social welfare systems. Needless to say that communism is the offshoot of unjust distribution of wealth.
