WNAM MONITORING: President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has arrived in Ashgabat on a working visit.
The Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Tangryguly Atakhalliyev and other officials met the President of Uzbekistan at the airport.
The main events will be held on October 11.
The Leader of Uzbekistan will address the plenary session of the International Forum “The Interconnection of Times and Civilizations – the Basis of Peace and Development”, dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the Turkmen poet and philosopher Magtymguly Fragi.
The President of Uzbekistan will also hold bilateral meetings as part of the event.
