After failing to subdue Pakistan on the battlefield, the cunning Hindu followers of Chanyaka are now resorting to water aggression against it by constructing a new dam over Ravi in order to drain its flow of water to Pakistan in its bid to destroy its agriculture by bleeding it white. Islamabad must, therefore, gird up its loins and expose New Delhi’s violations of Indus basin water agreement through a concerted diplomatic offensive in the United Nations too.

Granted that many persons involved in blood feuds do need weapons for their self defence but why shouldn’t they be issued arms license of non prohibitive bore weapons by District magistrates instead. It is in the evidence that Interior ministry has been issuing special permits to politically influential persons for carrying Kalashnikov weapons.
