ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ): The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) hosted a grand Iftar dinner in honor of Ambassadors, High Commissioners, Diplomats, and Commercial Counsellors, reaffirming its commitment to international goodwill and economic engagement.
Distinguished diplomatic participation included representatives from the Kyrgyz Republic, Zimbabwe, Azerbaijan, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the South African High Commission, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Vietnam, Somalia, Indonesia, Tunisia, Nepal, Hungary, and the High Commission of the Republic of Rwanda, among others. Representatives from the Economic Department of the U.S. Embassy also attended the event.
RCCI President Usman Shaukat, along with Group Leader Sohail Altaf, Senior Vice President Khalid Farooq Qazi, Vice President Fahad Barlas, and Chairman Standing Committee on International Affairs Zahid Latif Khan, warmly welcomed the distinguished guests.
The event was also attended by Federal Minister for Climate Change Musaddiq Malik, Barrister Daniyal Chaudhry, Station Commander Rawalpindi Brigadier Ali Anjum Syed, CEO DRAP Dr. Obaidullah, Patron-in-Chief Pakistan Sweet Homes Zamurrad Khan, President Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry Aatif Ikram Sheikh, Vice President Tariq Jadoon, as well as former presidents, executive members, and representatives of the business community. The gathering underscored RCCI’s dedication to strengthening diplomatic ties and expanding global trade partnerships.
