More than once Taliban have been in power in Kabul which is sufficient time to learn the rudimentaries and basics as to how best government can be run and how should foreign policy be conducted. There are some norms which have to be followed in conducting diplomatic affairs. You cannot ride roughshod over the opinions of other and maintain that whatever your point of view on any particular matter exists is hundred percent correct to the exclusion of other opinions.
There is a procedure, rules of business as how to run various ministries effectively so on and so forth. Unfortunately the Taliban leadership is grossly unaware of the aforementioned requirements and still wants to run its country the way it was run in the stone age. Small wonder Afghanistan is on the road to political isolation in the world.
